Our goals for CompFAQs
- To invite and enable community participation
- To break free of the proprietary journal-based circulation of scholarship and begin to explore open-source venues for publishing / distributing / accumulating what we know as a discipline
- To develop ways that the open source venues provide the same kinds of peer review / quality control that journals purport to offer
