Possible CompFAQs Assignments?One of the (many) ways that CompFAQs and CompPile can grow and contribute to our profession is to invite future professionals to use and to contribute. Small or large assignments in graduate courses could invite students to contribute to CompFAQs. These assignments need not be on the scale of what Linda Adler Kassner did (Basic Writing.Best Practices). They could be smaller, shorter, individual or group-based. We’d like to tap the experience and expertise of our audience to explore assignment designs that would fit a range of courses, be suitable for graduate course work, and would engage students in work that will contribute to their learning and development and contribute to CompFAQs (and CompPile) as professional resources. What kinds of assignments would work in graduate courses that you teach?
