The goal of to this project is to provide guidance, strategies, and practical applications to instructors of Basic Writing or other instructors who interact with bicultural and often bilingual students for the purpose of improving writing instruction as a means to directly or indirectly enhance the Generation 1.5 students’ success in academic writing.
