On April 6, 2006, Darsie Bowden sent an email to WPA-L asking for information about “renewable (indefinitely renewable) contracts for . . . non T/T writing faculty.” Over the next week, she compiled responses from 40+ institutions, and on April 14, she sent to WPA-L that compiled list.

At that time, we invited Darsie to use CompFAQs as a way to share her list and, further (and perhaps as important), to invite institutions to continue to add to the list or revise the information they had already provided.

As a result, we have created these wiki pages. (Note: To navigate among the pages, use the links below or those in the side bar on the left.)

• The List of Schools includes all the institutions that responded to Darsie’s original query as of April 17. On April 17, Darsie sent another message to WPA-L, announcing the CompFAQs site for her list and inviting colleagues to add to the list.
• You may add new entries to the list.
  • When you submit your form, you will be asked for a password; it is fa05ll (zero five in middle of “fall”).
• Or you can add or revise information already on the list of schools.
