- Be able to use writing for different audiences and purposes
- Be able to revise work in progress
- Be able to use word processing software to draft and revise
- Be able to integrate other written text into own writing, citing and documenting appropriately and accurately
- Be able to detect and discuss differences between other writing that they do and the kind of writing they’re expected to do in the course (and be able to understand the relevance of those differences)
- Be able to revise draft(s) into a clear, well-organized final draft
